Well it almost didn't happen on Sunday, I think a lot of people had given up hope of the rain easing up but somehow it did, everything dried out and the show continued. The dirt was the best thing going this year, loads of good riding on the Saturday and the train comp on Sunday was fun to watch, especially seeing all the French riders pile up and crash on the last jump.
