Kings of Brum Street Jam - 24/26 June.

Here's an update on next weekend's Kings of Brum - hopefully it will answer
some of the questions that have come up ...

- teams can be of 2, 3, or 4 riders. Your choice.
- Each team must have a filmer
- You don't need a car, but teams that have one will give themselves a wider
choice of spots. Saying that most spots are within riding distance of Epic.
- Allnight Jam on Saturday night starts at 7pm and doesn't really finish -
we will start the comp at 8.30am! teams will set off in groups, at 15 min
intervals between 8.30am and 11.30am.
- The spot list is complete with 20 spots - thanks to Mavis. He's got most
things from the well known to the ridiculous. If anyone knows a roof gap or
tree ride, please let Mavis know.
- We will be posting the list of spots in the park and on our website at
10pm Saturday night. The points values for each will be given to each team
when they start riding on Sunday morning.
- We will be "customising" a selection of spots (adding bits here and there)
- if anyone has any ideas on a spot that could be so much better with just a
little something added on, let me or Mavis know.
- each team is advised to use an AtoZ
- we are looking for 5 judges who will need to view the films from several
teams and mark them. Anyone who can do this should give me a call (or email)
on 0121 442 2425. All judges will get free food, free weeks pass and a pint
of their choice!

The costs will be £5 per person for the allnight jam and then £10 per team
for the comp on Sunday.
The allnight jam should be especially good - there's also an allnight club
session going on in the bar ... Gonzo Rides again with Bedrock ... one of
London's top club nights for Electro, dirty funky, break beats (whatever
that means) will be at Epic. So bring your girlfriends, wives or even your
mum. If you don't have any of these, don't worry ... its one of those rare
occassions when lots of scantilly clad females will be in a skate park
looking for adventure!
