Smelly hippy Jam is off untill after Christmas!

Arrgggh been going down to the main spot that this jam was gonna be held at almost every night to get it creted up a bit. Left it for the weekend a couple of weeks back came back on the monday and some contactors had started digging up the road down there in a major way 15ft deep trench about 50ft long and they had started to store thier materials in the space next to the spot we'd have been riding in. The next week comes and 2 jcb's are parked in said spot with jersey barriers and fencing around them not completly ruining the event but taking up a good 30 percent of the usable space there. Now i went back last night and there was a security guard in a portacabin that they'd plonked adjacent to the jcb's as soon as i start riding he come over to tell me to leave. I told him he cant make me leave, its a public space, fuck you, call the police if you think they're gonna do anything about it, obvoiusly they wer'nt interested when they came along cos i was right. Once the secuirty guard had spoken to all this supiriors to see what to do and realized i was'nt gonna be buillied into leaving, he told me what the deal was. Apparently £60,000 worth of cable had been nicked from the site and another night another £10,000 of stuff so it was a sensitive area and i had to leave. I explained that the contactors are the cunts taking up the public space and when were they gonna fuck off and leave it back to us. Basically their not going at least untill at least christmas which means god knows when and they're planning on moving more stuff into the riding space during the next week which'd make it impossible to hold the jam, and without this spot it just would'nt be the smelly hippy jam. So sorry bout that but its off i'm pissed off and gotta cancel the afterparty. To whoever nicked that stuff if its cos i mentioned taking a bucket full of sand from there no probs and you went and ripped off £70,000 worth of stuff, fuck boyee iam gonna...
want a cut he ha hoe.

"salty" Sam "peeps" wins 4 down vid contest

Well done Sam bout time you got some coverage. Every time i tried to film him or take shots he'd wilt and sigh(hehe), so good job guys who put this together hahaha. Does this mean you're pro now?. Poor Sam grew up riding around the hardest to please bunch of mean old girls who could'nt stand to be shown up by their little bitch, which he did pretty much every time he rode at harvington skatepark in beckenham. Those days are way past him now, time to shed the shackles of opression and get it done. Cm'on Sam show us what you got.

Epic Halloween Jam

You might have already seen this on BCBMX, but I only got it today so here it is.

"EPIC HALOWEEN NIGHT – "THIS SATURDAY" 28/10/06

This holiday of the dead, epic will be filled with disgusting evil demons (you lot), all hell bent on their own destruction.
This Halloween night bash is going to be insane with the old fancy dress idiocy raising it's ugly head.

Come on, Who's got the balls to dress up? Anything you like. Prize for the best dressed.
Plus as if you didn’t know yet, we have a new improved course layout now our park revamp is finished, joy!(minus a few minor tweeks we want to do).

The night starts at 7pm till 11.30pm with £5 on the door. We will have plenty of food, music and booze in the bar.

If you would like to sell your soul and become one of the undead or simply live forever as a twitching rotting corpse, get your bad self down here with your crews and hope to god you will survive the night.

“I can see dead people….”

Not long now

Yeah "smelly hippy jam Nov 19th. If anyone has an idea for an afterparty venue email me, (gay daves place? hehe) obviously somewhere not the complete other side of london, greenwich?. I know there's another of those yellow card bars in greenwich that the stf premiere was held at in Kingston, which was pretty good since they have screens all over the place as well as a bigscreen arm chairs and cheap drinks with the yellow card. Anybody got a vid they want to premiere?. I guess we could get the fit one on the go but it'd be good to have something else if we can find a venue. Knock up a Nang early hype trailer Mr Marvin. I think Revolt are gonna put up some stuff for prizes too, yeah Ross?. New flyer coming about a week before with directions and a weather check, shitty right now, but its all covered... no worries. So who's bringing the Megaphone then?

nibbles

some bits and bobs, been living in bourenmouth just over a weak now, seems to be good. my course has started, so far its been all about inductions to the studio's etc.... i shot loads of b&w film the other day at kings and baiter so when i get those back they will be up. i shot the turndown with a long lens i think it will look better. lets wait and see.

Swedish Mike

I was trying to post some pics of Mikael Geske from Sweden, but for some funky reason it just wasn't happening. If I ever figure out why I could only post a little square with a red cross I'll try again but in the meantime I'll go back to the dayjob.

It's not much notice but there is a birthday jam going on at Epic tomorrow night (Thursday 5th Oct). At 4 years old Epic has finally left kindergarten, is planning on going places and yes, Keith is still eclectically dressed. I was going to post the flyer for the jam as well but guess what? another little square with a red cross. Some days I think I'm trully fucking useless!!!

Speaking of useless the following examples are gradually becoming a daily occurance and sum my luck up quite well.

I once drove down to Radlands from Birmingham only to get there and realise I left my front wheel at home. Manuals aren't really my forte.
Went to ride at Central park Plymouth the other week, got there rode for about 2 mins and somehow ripped the valve in a tube. Normally spare tubes and a pump are in my car, not this time they were at home and finally. I once went to ride at Unit 23 near Glasgow. I pulled up, went to get my bike out of the car and realised I couldn't because I hadn't even brought the fucking thing with me!!!
Useless, truly useless.

A very interesting and hopefully productive streetphire topic.

I think Cleggy has the frame thing sussed going Tiawanese is the way, uk overheads are gonna be a bit silly. My mono has taken a proper battering and its straight!.
